Esther Circle meets the second Thursday of every month at 12:30 p.m. in Room 4 at the church from September thru June, unless otherwise specified. We will meet at the church for our regular meeting on February 9. You are invited to join us as we continue our fellowship and bible study with Bonnie Kilgore.

All women are invited to attend our monthly lunch and study gathering in room #4. Come at 12:30 and bring your lunch. The hostess provides beverages and dessert. After lunch and some brief business, we join in the PC(USA) Horizons Bible study for Presbyterian women.

This year, our study is “Confessing the Beatitudes.” In the Bible passages commonly known as the Beatitudes, Jesus says, “Blessed are the poor in spirit…blessed are those who mourn…blessed are the merciful…” We will consider the Beatitudes as they might have been heard when Jesus spoke them. We’ll also discuss how our trust in the glory and grace of God enables us to admit the truth about ourselves and our own shortcomings.
