Breakfast

Breakfast ~~~  The  55 and Over Breakfast is usually the 3rd Tuesday of the month (next is November 18th) at 8:30 a.m. at Perkins on Erford Rd. in Camp Hill (across from the Harrisburg Academy). The food is good and the fun and fellowship can’t be beat!  A sign up sheet is on the bulletin  board—please add your name to the sheet if you would like to join the group for breakfast.

Getting in Shape!!!

Ladies, if you have been thinking “it’s time” to get involved in an exercise program... Come and visit the Monday and Thursday group which meets in room 4 at 9:00 a.m.  On Mondays, the group does in  toning, stretching, and strengthening exercises for the whole body.  Wear comfortable clothing and bring a towel or mat.  Thursday’s exercise is a walking program, which can be adjusted to one’s own fitness level.  Exercise sessions last 30-40 minutes.  There is no charge, and women from both CPC and the community are all welcome.  Call Joan Hyatt at 774-7566 if you want more information.
